What a terrible experience! If I could give zero stars I would! On the phone I inquired on pricing during the initial. I was told the techinician would let me know costs so that I could accept or decline the offer. Once the tech finally called me back I was told $29 so accepted. Once the tech arrive, the cost jumped to $149 (claiming "emergency fees") so here I am locked out of my car in the rain at 37° getting charged an exuberant amount of money and utterly being taken advantage of with my kids pretty much standing in the rain waiting with me. What choice did I have but to pay this outrageous fee. This company should really be ashamed of themselves!! Never use them!

I accidentally used this to make a copy of my residence key thinking I would get my key when completed then realized I had to wait. I started to cancel and go to Home Depot where I could get my key the same day and more reasonable. However, I decided to complete the transaction. Not a bad experience; I received my keep when promised and it worked fine.

I called spoke with someone told me they would be to me in 2 hours which was fine because of the time. Then after the two hours I called to find ware he was he told me he was coming then called me 3 hours later to ask if I still wanted the service.

Locked myself out of my vehicle, and this company was the first I called. Specifically the Oxon Hill branch. The woman I spoke to seemed nice, however the first red flag I noticed was that she didn't even ask me if my situation was an emergency. The second red flag was that she was more worried about my method of payment rather than my situation. The final nail in the coffin is the fact that I still have yet to receive a call from the tech that I was told would reach out to me soon after the initial call. I waited two hours before I reached out to a local tow company, and the tow company dispatched a locksmith out to me within minutes after hanging up the phone with them, and the driver reached my car and was able to get me back in my car in less than 45 minutes. Stay away from KeyMe of Oxon Hill - they value your money over actually providing a needed service.
